Wes Noyes Image

Wes Noyes is a leadership coach and facilitator who has spent more than two decades helping people and teams do their best work, across the country and around the world. His approach centers on building leadership capacity with purpose: supporting individuals as they grow, strengthening the communities they serve, and improving the organizations they shape. Wes works closely with clients to understand their habits, strengths, blind spots, and the patterns that show up in their relationships so they can navigate complex personal and organizational change with clarity and confidence. He brings a national perspective to his work and he’s deeply invested in the Colorado community he calls home.

Wes began his career in education, working with students and adults as a teacher, coach, school leader, designer, facilitator, and project manager. He is one of the best language teachers in the state of Colorado, and he brings that same clarity and intentionality to work with leaders. Through every role, one principle has guided him: leadership is service. He focuses on creating environments where people can thrive, building systems that make goals attainable, and expanding access to opportunities for those who might not otherwise have access.

Outside of work, Wes spends most of his time with his wife—also an educator—their two kids, and their dog. He gravitates toward the outdoors whenever he can, especially if the day includes a chance to get moving. He’s also gone deep into the world of sourdough and draws insightful parallels between great breadmaking and great team development. They both take patience, attention, and a willingness to learn—and the results are worth it.
